Ventura, California · Est. 1994
Three decades of hand-picked fruit, fresh-baked pan dulce, and the kind of neighborly service that turns a quick stop into a daily ritual.
"Every fruit is selected the way we'd select for our own table."
Our Story
Santiago's Fruit Stand didn't begin as a business — it began as a promise. In 1994, the Santiago family set up a simple table on Olivas Park Drive with nothing but a keen eye for quality and a deep respect for the communities of Ventura County. What started as a modest operation has grown into one of the city's most trusted food destinations, yet the philosophy has never changed.
Today, every mango, every papaya, and every loaf of pan dulce that passes through our stands carries the same standard: if it wouldn't grace our family's table, it won't grace yours. We source from the finest growers across California and beyond, selecting each shipment by hand so that only the ripest, most flavorful produce makes it to our customers.
We know our regulars by name. We remember how you take your coffee. We stop to chat about your weekend plans. That's the Ventura way — and it's the Santiago way.

Santiago's has been our family's Saturday morning tradition for over ten years. The fruit is always perfect, the pan dulce is unmatched, and the warmth with which we're greeted makes us feel like part of the family. This is what a community business should be.
